Somebody needs to police the police.
Fish and Game Violation - was dismissed. Fish and Game did an incomplete investigation, and apparently decided who was guilty and charges were filed. They were dismissed because I was able to recognize the poor quality, of investigation, and file the correct motions.
Unlawful DUI Arrest - Police forced a blood draw, injuring the suspect. Once again investigation done poorly. Motion to suppress blood results filed. Tort claim filed against the County and City.
Working as a prosecutor for over 16 years gives me insight into what police do wrong. My job was to help police patch holes in their case. Now that I work for you, my job at picking apart the case carries on.
