I am an experienced attorney who opened my own criminal defense law firm after working as a deputy and chief deputy prosecuting attorney in Canyon County for over 15 years. During that time, I handled a wide variety of cases, including countless violent crimes and major felonies and two death penalty cases.
I earned my bachelor's degree from Portland State in political science and went on to earn my law degree from the University of Oregon in 1988. While I was attending law school, I worked part-time at a local personal injury firm helping it prepare for cases, learning a lot in the process about bargaining strategy and negotiation.
